The apartment... The apartment was furnished aiming to live there for longer time.
It’s nice and clear  avoiding the typical tourist look of many apartments.
We purchased it new in August 2002.
After 2 months my wife and I have been living there till December 2004.
We had to move to a bigger apartment.

The area... Located in the Ciutat Vella (old city), Verdaguer i Callis is a quiet street. You can reach all the places of interest listed below within a 15 minutes walking. Just in case, bus would drive you within 10 minutes to the Barceloneta and the Beach.

Metro and bus stops 150m. Good connections to all areas in the city. Plaça de Catalunya  500m. 

The list of bars, and restaurants in Barcelona is too long. You will find books and maps on your arrival with good information about Barcelona.
You can get specific info at the Tourist Information in Plaça de Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inglés" store.

Rental season All year, ask us for availability. Minimum 3 months.
Monthly Prices

3 months :                1.450 EUR/ month.
Up to 6 months :      1.350 EUR / month.
Up to 11 months :    1.250 EUR / month. Periods extendable under mutual written agreement.
Booking deposit Advanced payment, 40% at the signature of the Lease Agreement.
Balance 60% to be paid along the remaining months. Monthly payments before the 5th of each month.
Refundable damage deposit 1.000 Euros  (to be refunded on your departure).
Others

Electricity and phone billed separately. Cleaner available. Price 10 EUR / hour.
