"We had decided to go
to Barcelona and we wanted to rent an apartment. There is no doubt that
internet is a good media in order to search for various products, but
it has its limitations. There are a lot of different vacation agencies
in Barcelona. There are many apartments to rent. Which one to choose?
There are pictures and descriptions, but there is no personal touch, no
one to talk to on internet. It would take far too much time to call all
agencies, so basically your choice is much like a lottery. Fortunately
we were VERY lucky. We found a friendly, warm and honest agency in BarcelonApartments.
Silvia and Eugenia who run the agency are lovely. Hubert and Giles who
met us upon our arrival in town and took us to the apartment were also
sweet and friendly. A bottle of cava and a bowl of fruit was given to
us as a welcome gift. Very appreciated.
We had a bit of bad luck with
the first apartment since there was a problem with the water supply. Silvia
and Eugenia immediately took care of it and moved us to another apartment
which was fantastic. We have rented vacation apartments before, and there
is definitely a difference between an apartment to another. This flat
felt like home. A beautiful warm style (plenty of wood), and a very tasteful
interior decoration. The modern and superb kitchen with all the items
(and more) that anyone could need for a permanent stay. All marble bathroom
and, of course, all the electrical accessories needed (dishwasher, washing
machine and dryer). The apartment was fully air-conditioned (integrated
in the ventilation/heating system) and it was a pleasant necessity. Two
balconies leading out to plaza Palau, and very close to yacht harbour
and the beaches. The situation could not have been much better.
Short and sweet: We had two
great weeks in Barcelona. Silvia, Eugenia, Hubert and Giles made the stay
feel even better. Most important - next time we visit Barcelona again,
we do not need to gamble regarding our choice of vacation rental agency!"

"¿Que se te ocurre cuando piensas
en Barcelona? Ciudad joven, diseño, cultura, diversion, etc... Eso es
lo que refleja la agencia que dirigen Eugenia y Silvia, BarcelonApartments,
con la ayuda de Hubert y Giles. No es facil acertar con tu decision cuando
estas entre la amplia gama de posibilidades que ofrece internet, pero
de seguro que el trato personal que ofrecen estas personas es algo que
la hace sobresalir del resto. Personal en cuanto a los apartementos que
ofrecen, apartamentos en los que viven personas concretas, lo que te ayuda
a integrarte en el ambiente del piso en si y del barrio que lo rodea.
Pisos de una muy alta calidad y con todas las comodidades y el comfort
que uno espera. Y personal en el trato. Tanto desde que contactas por
e-mail, hasta que eres recibido en Barcelona, aconsejado sobre como ir
dónde. Una copa de vino es siempre excusa suficiente para poder disfrutar
de la compañía de cualquiera de ellos/as, tanto en sus casa como en cualquiera
de los bares o restaurantes que ellos/as mismos/as te lleven.
No puedo olvidar un sábado
caluroso que tras llamar a mi seguro de salud y no conseguir un lugar
donde poder ser atendido de una muy fuerte infeccion en mi oido, fue Eugenia
la que me indico donde ir, donde fui atendido perfectamente. Esto, junto
a las tardes con Giles y Hubert entre terrazas y sushi o los bares de
tapas con Eugenia y Silvia hacen que se cumpla lo que toda persona espera
de unas vacaciones: sentirse como en casa alla donde se vaya.
Se dónde estan mis casas
ahora en Barcelona al igual que dónde tengo un servicio de una calidad
impecable dirigido por unos/as amigos/as"
